Olivia Fussell

Founder and Managing Director

Olivia is an energy and environmental leader with a 15-year history of dedication and insight on global environmental policy and finance, as well as expertise in carbon finance, carbon offsets, and corporate sustainability. Olivia also has an established entrepreneurial track record as Founder of Fussell Development Corp Founder, President of Climate.IQ®—a research, analysis, and technology development firm focused on climate risks, Co-founder of the Council of Alumni for Social Enterprise, and Manager of Pro-Natura, U.S.—a Non-Government-Organization (NGO) tackling social, economic and environmental problems that face rural communities in the Developing World with headquarters in Paris.

Reed Shapiro

Director of Business Development

Reed leads CCC’s business development activities and is responsible for client relations, sales outreach, account management of corporate GHG mitigation to both local and international businesses, as well as lead on strategic partnership development. Reed is primarily responsible for the architecture, integration, and roll-out of carbon neutral product and service programs for clients. Reed currently serves as CCC’s representative on the C4Coin advisory board, and is a founding board member of the B-Local NYC board for the advancement of the local NYC-based B-Corp community.

Pianpian Wang

Legal Advisor

Pianpian co-manages the research and carbon accounting associated with corporate GHG emissions. Pianpian also leads contributions to Company research on North American GHG regulations and policies state and nation-wide.  Pianpian plays a key role in developing the Company’s relationships with players in carbon markets around the world.

Alyssa Bueno


Alyssa is a member of the business development team and is primarily responsible for identifying new opportunities for company advancement. She reviews the performance of each of CCC’s pipeline strategies that include outreach, networking, paneling, and garnering the member base. By analyzing current market insights, Alyssa helps enhance and streamline CCC’s strategies. She is also a member of CCC’s social media team where she works to highlight company news and engage in the global discussion.

Shannon Mora


Shannon is a member of the business development team and is primarily responsible for outreach on behalf of the company. From the point of initial discovery calls to the moment of finalizing partnership deals, Shannon focuses on upholding the CCC standard of transparent communication and thoughtful conversation. As a primary point of contact, her interactions with stakeholders continue to open opportunities for CCC to develop lasting relationships, speak on influential panels, and expand our network.
